REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

VERSTS LTD, trading as Blue Power ("we," "us," or "our"), wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• In its original, unopened and sealed packaging
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food supplements that have been opened or where the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at returns@trybluepower.co.uk with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@trybluepower.co.uk if the item is:
• Defective or damaged
• Incorrect (wrong item received)
• Missing items from your order

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
• Food supplements where the seal has been broken or packaging opened (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Sale items (unless defective)
• Gift cards

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

If you have a Subscribe & Save subscription, you can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time by:
• Logging into your customer account portal
• Emailing support@trybluepower.co.uk
• No minimum commitment — cancel anytime before your next renewal date

Cancellation will take effect before your next scheduled delivery. Any orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be returned under this policy.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS — UNITED KINGDOM

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g. email to returns@trybluepower.co.uk) within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you cancel within this 14-day period:
• You must return the goods within 14 days of informing us of the cancellation
• Items must be in their original, unopened condition
• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return postage
• You are responsible for the cost of return postage

This cancellation right is in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee above.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you also have the right to receive goods that are:
• Of satisfactory quality
• As described
• Fit for purpose

If your goods do not meet these standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS — EUROPEAN UNION

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as outlined in the UK statutory rights section above.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
• If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at support@trybluepower.co.uk
