SHIPPING & DELIVERY

AERAEM LTD ("Blue Power") offers FREE standard delivery on all UK orders.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Standard delivery: 2-3 working days via Royal Mail.
• All packages are sent in plain, discreet packaging — no product name visible on the outside.

DELIVERY AREA

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to your registered email address. For delivery queries, contact shipping@trybluepower.co.uk.

SUBSCRIPTION DELIVERIES

Subscription orders are dispatched automatically each month on your renewal date. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support@trybluepower.co.uk.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact returns@trybluepower.co.uk.
