Common questions we can help with

  • Order tracking & delivery — all UK orders ship free via Royal Mail, dispatched within one working day and usually delivered in 2–3 working days, in plain, unbranded packaging.
  • Subscriptions — manage, pause, skip or cancel your Subscribe & Save order any time from your account or by emailing us; there is no minimum commitment.
  • Returns & refunds — return any unopened pack within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed packs cannot be returned unless faulty (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, sealed-goods exemption). Email returns@trybluepower.co.uk to start a return.
  • Ingredients & suitability — the full ingredient list and amounts are on every product page. Blue Power is a food supplement, not a medicine; if you take medication or have a health condition, check with your GP before starting any new supplement.
