Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders placed on trybluepower.co.uk are one-off purchases. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring charges or automatic renewals, and we do not store your payment details for future automatic billing. Any multi-pack discount is applied automatically at checkout to that order only.

If you wish to cancel an order, email support@trybluepower.co.uk as soon as possible. We will try to stop the order before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this once an order has been accepted. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled in transit, but may be returned under our Refund Policy.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of food supplements that have been opened or where the seal has been broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.
