PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

VERSTS LTD, trading as Blue Power ("we," "us," or "our"), offers subscription purchases through our online store. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

SUBSCRIPTIONS (SUBSCRIBE & SAVE)

When you purchase a Subscribe & Save subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your chosen product at a 20% discount. Deliveries are made monthly (every 30 days) based on the date of your initial order.

Your payment method will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically before each delivery, unless you choose to cancel, pause, or skip.

There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time — no fees, no penalties.

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change your pack size at any time by:

• Logging into your customer account at trybluepower.co.uk and managing your subscription from the account portal
• Using the subscription management link in your order confirmation or renewal notification emails
• Emailing support@trybluepower.co.uk with your order number

Changes and cancellations must be made before your next renewal date to take effect for the upcoming delivery. If your payment has already been processed for the next delivery, the cancellation will take effect from the following month.

RENEWAL NOTIFICATIONS

We will send you an email notification before each subscription renewal charge, giving you the opportunity to modify or cancel before payment is taken.

REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

If a subscription order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled in transit. However, you may return it under our Refund Policy (https://trybluepower.co.uk/policies/refund-policy) within 30 days of receiving the item, provided the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food supplements where the seal has been broken.

PRICE CHANGES

We will notify you of any changes to subscription pricing at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
