Blue Power Affiliate Programme — Terms & Conditions

1. Commission & payment

• Standard commission: 30% of net order value after discounts (excluding VAT, shipping, refunds). Commission is calculated on the discounted amount where a discount code is used. Affiliate discount codes cannot be combined with Subscribe & Save or other promotions.
• Attribution: 60-day last-click cookie and/or your personal discount code. Orders placed by your referred customer within the 60-day attribution window are commissionable, including repeat purchases within that window.
• Loyalty bonus: where referred customers take out a subscription, we may award a discretionary quarterly bonus. This is a goodwill payment, not a contractual entitlement.
• Payouts via PayPal, minimum balance £5. Commissions clear after a 15-day hold from the order date; cleared balances are paid within 7 days. Refunded or chargeback orders are deducted, including from future balances where a refund occurs after payout.

2. Permitted promotion

You may promote via your own website, blog, YouTube channel, podcast, newsletter or social media accounts disclosed in your application. New channels require our written approval.

3. Prohibited activity

• Health claims beyond the approved list. You may only use the EFSA-authorised claims and approved wording supplied in our media kit. You must not state or imply that Blue Power treats, cures or prevents any disease or medical condition (including erectile dysfunction), or compare it to prescription medicines.
• PPC brand bidding on “Blue Power”, “trybluepower” or misspellings, and direct linking from paid search.
• Posting discount codes to coupon/voucher aggregator sites. Codes are for your audience only.
• Spam (email, comments, DMs), cookie stuffing, forced clicks, self-purchases, incentivised traffic.
• Targeting under-18s; promoting to pregnant or breastfeeding women.
• Misrepresenting yourself as Blue Power or VERSTS LTD.

4. Advertising disclosure (mandatory)

You must comply with the UK CAP Code and ASA/CMA guidance on affiliate marketing: clearly disclose your commercial relationship (e.g. #ad, “affiliate link”) in a way that is obvious before consumers engage with the content.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts breaching these terms; commissions from non-compliant activity are forfeited. Either party may terminate at any time; valid accrued commissions above the threshold will be paid in the normal cycle.

6. General

This agreement does not create employment, agency or partnership. We may update these terms with 14 days' notice via the affiliate portal. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
